General Manager and Vice President
As General Manager and Vice President, Raymond Lamphen has the responsibility for DMC and leads the management team. Working within the broadcast industry for more than 15 years, Raymond has held a number of leadership roles. Most recently he was the Head of Broadcast and Media Services Benelux at Ericsson based in Hilversum the Netherlands. Raymond previously worked at Technicolor and NOB where he hold responsibilities for operations and strategic change programs. He joined DMC since the end of September 2016. Raymond holds a Bachelor of Economics and IT degree.
VP Strategy and Innovation
Jon joined the DMC in May 2002 and in his role as VP Strategy and Innovation, he is specifically responsible for developing the technology roadmap and maintaining the DMC’s position in the forefront of developing and using new technology. Jon develops technology solutions to meet clients’ requirements and manages the technological and quality aspects of vendor relationships.
Jon’s experience within the industry is extensive and he started his career in 1977 at the BBC, working in various engineering and IT roles. In 1986, he joined TV-AM as Chief Engineer. Following his time at TV-AM, Jon joined MTV Networks, Europe, in 1993 as VP of Operations and in 1998 he went on to become Head of Operations at Pearson TV.
Director Business Development
Jean-Louis joined the DMC in 2000 and was involved in the commissioning of the original server only broadcast platform for 16 channels at DMC. He rapidly grew to become Director of Broadcast Operations in 2004, Head of Projects & Proposals in 2008 and Products Director in 2012. As Director of Business Development, Jean-Louis manages DMC’s new client relationships and defining requirements into products and services.
Prior to joining DMC, Jean-Louis began his career as an editor for commercials in New Zealand before travelling and taking post production editing positions in Soho London and News Corporation Star TV in Hong Kong in the late 90’s.
Director Account Management
Adelle is the Director Account Management at DMC and is responsible for the commercial development of Linear, Distribution and On-Demand services. Whilst busy with a commercial focus, Adelle and her team are responsible for client management and support services within the DMC. With this ensuring DMC’s clients' business growth strategies are achieved by partnering with DMC.
Adelle joined the DMC in March 2009 and has been involved in many roles. While starting her DMC career in the Media Operations and Scheduling department, she quickly grew to Supervisor VoD operations followed by Senior Account Manager before taking over as Director Account Management in 2015.
Ronald joined DMC in September 2016 as Finance Director and in this role he oversees the financial functions and related disciplines as procurement and facilities.
He joined DMC after an extensive period in IBM where he started his career in 1989 and held various senior positions in finance and IT, amongst which Director Finance IT shared services centre in the UK, CFO IBM Netherlands and EMEA Acquisitions Integration Leader.
Ronald holds an MBA of Keele University, UK
Yvette Hertog joined the Human Resources department at Liberty Global in 2007. In 2014 the company AMC Networks International acquired Chellomedia, whereby Yvette as HR Manager transferred over to DMC as part of the acquisition. She was subsequently promoted to HR Director in 2015.
As Human Resources Director, Yvette oversees all Human Resource functions including HR strategy, talent management, consultancy service, organizational culture, employee engagement, HR policies, HR community, compensation & benefits and internal communications for Digital Media Centre and AMC Studios International BV that is part of AMC Networks International, the company’s global division. Yvette has around 15 years of experience in human resources.
Her career has spanned a number of different industries including working for a law firm, police organisation and an employment agency. Yvette graduated in Sociology and in Human Resources Management. Furthermore she has a degree in advising & coaching for HR Professionals.
